In the event of my believing you are at risk of harming yourself others, I reserve the right to break confidentiality and contact your GP in the first instance
How long do I keep your information;
Once our work has ended I delete/shred all information I may hold such as emails, texts, paper held details
At any time before then you have the right to be informed about the data I may hold and to withdraw your consent to its use and to change/delete information
How do I protect your information;
My smartphone and computer are password protected
Your name is replaced with initials or code
Any paper notes are kept in a locked drawer
I do not use an email encrypted program so any emails we send to each other may be vulnerable to viruses or human error, please keep in mind that all email are retained in the logs of internet service providers. Therefore it is a good idea to mindful about what you include in our communication.
Any working contract shall be governed in all respects in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any dispute or differences in relation to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
