Counselling and Psychotherapy City of London.
I am a BACP accredited counsellor and psychotherapist, practicing in Central/North London and South West London. My practices are within easy reach of The City, Old Street, Islington, Angel, Clerkenwell, Farringdon, Barbican and Kings Cross as well as Battersea and Clapham.
In life issues can arise for which we are not always prepared. Family and friends can be helpful in these situations but often it is difficult for those emotionally involved to offer the most helpful responses. Talking to someone with an objective ear can help open up to a wider perspective, give support through periods of difficulty and help move forward with new possibilities.
Counselling can help in so many ways:
I believe we have the ability to become more of who we are and that therapy and the therapeutic relationship can help bring this about. Counselling is a chance to look at issues in a calm and peaceful way, allowing for exploration of difficulties whatever they may be. As a counsellor I work with your individual needs - I see you as an individual with your own unique life experiences. Wherever you are at this point in your life my aim as a counsellor is not to tell you what to do but to help you find your own way forward - drawing upon your own personal resources.
I have availabilities in the early morning as well as during the daytime and evening. My counselling and psychotherapy practices have easy accessible transport links by bus, underground and British rail.
